29. Not Exercising
As we age, our bone density reduces, muscles grow weaker, and metabolism is slowed. Unlike our younger days, when we could eat a jumbo dessert, when we mature age-wise, even a piece of chocolate adds to our weight immediately.
Therefore, to maintain a good weight and also good energy levels, exercising is really important. Not making enough movements is really a bad habit that attacks not just your well-being but also your longevity.
