17. Not Doing Portion Control
As we age, our bodies stop to grow, which means that an adult does not require as many calories as a teenager does. Naturally, what we should best do is start practicing portion controls.
Also, with age, our metabolism slows down as well. Therefore, being mindful of not only what you are eating, but also how much you are eating is how you can keep your weight in check.
