14. Avoiding Carbs
Many people tend to avoid carbs completely, which is wrong. Our body needs carbohydrates for doing various important functions efficiently, like, proper functioning of the nervous system, kidneys, brain, and also heart muscles.
Nonetheless, this is also true that the overconsumption of carbs can lead to weight gain. Hence, it is best to eat carbs in a limit and not really indulge. However, cutting them off from your diet is a bad habit by all means.
