Looking at just how much shopping is happening online, a lot of eCommerce websites hire UI designers to make it easier for users to search for products, browse through collections, and make the checkout process as quick and easy as possible.
They are also responsible for finding any roadblocks or bugs that are ruining the customer experience. After all, no customer would want to wait forever for a page to load!
