19. Distance Learning Co-ordinator
While traditionally, education used to happen in classrooms, face-to-face, the mode of learning is rapidly moving to distance education. As more and more people are looking to pursue courses on a part time basis, or while living in a different city or country, this has given rise to the need for distance learning coordinators.
These professionals are responsible for coordinating distance learning courses between an institution and its many students that are scattered across the country, or the world!
From making sure the course material reaches the class, to ensuring submission of papers, exams, and test results – they are tasked with ensuring the smooth functioning of a course, even when students and teachers are not in the same room.
